If, for any reason you are unhappy with your clean from College Girl Cleaning Service, then simply follow these steps:
1. Please call in and/or email your complaint to College Girl Cleaning Service within 48 hours from the completion of the initial cleaning service. You may report complaints and redo requests through our Customer Satisfaction Team by email: catherine@collegegirlcleaningservice or phone on 407-879-7763.
2. Please include the time and date of service, your name, your address serviced and contact information (phone and email address), as well as a detailed description of the complaint.
3. We reserve the right to offer a free reclean of the specified area/s prior to offering any type of refund.
4. Once the reclean has been completed, if you are still unhappy with the service received, then a partial/full refund may be given - All complaints will be reviewed on an individual basis.
